Project Scope

All projects will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and compensation. These Terms of Use apply in addition to any project-specific agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary assets and information, and access to relevant stakeholders as required for project completion. Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may affect project timelines and may incur additional charges.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds included in each project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any information marked as confidential.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary for the performance of services with appropriate safeguards in place.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perfumecandlesis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
